Excellent Product January 8, 2009 This rechargable pack is great, with 5 people using the balance board we would really run through the batteries, great product.
Do Not Buy This!!!!!! January 8, 2009 This product shorts out the balance board sensors upon first use. It happened to two of our boards in a row. First we thought it was an issue with the board, sent it back to Nintendo and bought a new one just to have a second for the two games that say you can use more than one. so as we waited for our other to be returned from Nintendo Repairs, we hooked this one up and guess what... it had the same problem. Reading up on the issue, we are not the only ones with this problem and Nintendo themselves recommend you DO NOT USE IT with their board. So for your own sanity (and $45 saved if you are past your 3 month warranty with the WII Fit Board) do not even take the chance by using this product. You'll be thankful, believe me.
Never worked once January 4, 2009 Good on paper but never worked, back to throw away batteries. Would not buy this again.
not from nintendo December 31, 2008 this is not recommended from nintendo because it is not a nickle battery but that is not said on the internet
does the job December 20, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've used this for about 3 weeks now and haven't had any problems. Yes the USB connection is short - the solution is to buy a 10-foot USB cord for $5 (available on Amazon). That gives me more than enough slack to operate the Wii board while still attached to the Wii. I never disconnect it so it's always charged. Not a wireless solution, but it works for me.
