Racing Fun November 30, 2003 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I thought this game was a lot of fun. My brother and I loved this game and so did our friends. It feels like your on the adventure with the characters and every time you win the race it makes you so happy. I would recomend this for extreme racing gamers because you won't ever get bored of it. I bet if you finish it you will wish that they came out with a CTR 2. I do. Enjoy!

Hi, I'm Aaron and this is the 2nd game I Played when my cousin got it for the Playstation. When I first tried, I played with Crash because he's my favorite. He and Cortex are the best because they have medium turn, speed, and exceleration. Each character has his/her own weaknessess and strengths in speed, turn, and exceleration. Crash and Cortex have medium everything; Tiny and Dingodile have full speed, low turn, and medium excel.; Polar and Paura have full turn, low speed, and medium excel.; Coco and N.Gin have full excel., medium speed, and medium turn. However, I gave it 4 stars because of the shortage of characters. You should [ in my opinion ] be able to play with 4 other characters. I thought of 4 others. Kong, Brio, N.tropy [ can be unlocked, but shouldn't have to be ],Fake-Crash [ can be unlocked, but shouldn't have to be ], and Kamodo-Moe. The cool thing is Twanya shows up again. She played a big part of the first one and should be considerd as a big part of the continuing series. I think she should be like Coco; you see her once and then she continues. Well, that's for my review. Here are my cheats. Enter these at the main menu, and they work for every mode except adventure. Unlock Penta Peguin: hold R1 + L1, and press down, right, triangle, down, left, triangle, up. Unlock Ripper-Roo: hold R1 + L1, and press right, O[2], down, up, down, right. Unlock Pinstripe: hold R1 + L1, and press left, right, Triangle, down, right, down. Unlock Turbo Track, The North Bowl, Lab Basment, and Parking Lot: hold L1 + R1 and press right[2], left, triangle, right, down [2]. Unlock Scrapbook: hold R1 + L1 and press up[2], down, right[2], left, right, triangle, right. That's a rap on this review. Thank you.

I played this game when my cousin got it. My favorite character is Crash. Kyle [ that's my cousin's name ] broke it by accident when he came to play with it, he couldn't find it. When he did find it, he found it snaped. He sat on it. But, while we had it, I got all but 1 relic. I don't like the character, Paura, he was the easiest character to play with, but the only reason is because he turned and cut his way through. Here's a tip, to unlock Penta Penguin in the V.S. mode, hold L1 and R1 and push down, right, triangle, down, left, triangle,up. That's my review. I'm Aaron Warner.
Leaves Mario Kart in the dust September 2, 2003 As a big Crash fan, I could not help but love this game. Not as good as Crash Bash because it's too easy but enjoying all the way. Another Naughty Dog classic with your favorite bandicoot in it along with Dr Neo Cortex, Tiny Tiger, Coco, N. Gin, Dingodile, Polar, Pura, Ripper Roo, Papu Papu, Komodo Joe, Pinstripe, Fake Crash, Penta Penguin, and more. I can't wait until Crash Nitro Kart, the game that will be coming for the Playstation 2. Two thumbs up! Plus, it's one of the games that does not get tiring. As Dingodile would say, G'Bye!
